Identified - Xero has made a breaking change to its API, and as a result, data cannot be imported if a company has more than 200 active or inactive tracking categories. We are currently awaiting a resolution from Xero.

Update - We are again seeing total failure of CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD, USD and ZAR transactions on AMEX cards. We are working with our external providers to resolve the issue.

Update - We are again seeing elevated failure rates for AMEX transactions. We are investigating the cause with our external providers.

Update - The majority of payment methods have been restored. Only American Express payments for ZAR currency customers are still affected. We are continuing to work with our external providers to rectify the issue.
