We recently identified a bug in our latest release that caused the Chart of Accounts hierarchy to revert back to default settings for a subset of users. To prevent any potential flow-on effects as a result of this bug, we immediately took action and temporarily halted company updates while the issue was being rectified. We have since restored the affected data and are closely monitoring any individual cases where user actions during this period may have led to conflicts with the restored data.
