Investigating - Fathom is currently experiencing issues with a downstream provider for account recovery via SMS. Users will be unable to use SMS to recover their accounts. All other aspects of 2FA, including account recovery via email remain operational.

Downstream services impact
Resolved - Fathom's downstream service providers were impacted by an outage of AWS. The most impacted by these were support services provided by Intercom. We are monitoring services now and will advise of any further impact.
